Aisling no longer has a Volunteer Coordinator since Mary Leyne retired after carrying out a first class service for Aisling and the wider Irish community for many years. The Aisling volunteering and befriending service has been of great benefit to our many clients and all of the volunteers who got to meet some remarkable people many of whom have become firm friends for many years. Sadly we no longer have the resources to carry on the befriending and volunteering service. Many thanks to Mary and all of the enthusiastic and dedicated volunteers she brought to Aisling.
